Everything was handmade with amazing LED lighting for features such as the candle that Scrooge is holding.
The Scrooge Christmas cake was created for a London based charity whose patron is - Her Majesty The Queen.
The cake was created using traditional ingredients of the highest quality which included sumptuous fruit that had been fed with rich Brandy for weeks. The Scrooge cake was one of our custom designs and was commissioned by the charity for a special event.
It was an incredible cake that the charity directors were ecstatic about and they did not want to cut it? Everything apart from the LED accessories was edible, this was one of the heaviest cakes size for size that we have ever created.
